I made an interbank payment on the 12.12.2025, I was told it would take 2 working days. The 2 working days lapsed and when I contacted he bank, I found out they didn't clear my funds and then rejected the payment. Now they are telling me that I have to wait 3 days for my money to be refunded. What nonsense is this bank doing. They literally have my money that I need to pay bills and they are giving me the run around without any remorse.
