FNB arcadia
Hello Peter I Deposited my student fees at an FNB ATM in arcadia terminal number: ***2, while depositing the atm took my money and gave me a slip stating payment unsuccessful, I then went to one of the branch employees and they told me that the money will be paid into unisa's bank account within 48 hours. however its almost a week later and unisa was not paid.

08 Sept 2022, 21:58Hello Peter I received a call from FNB head office yesterday, however I was promised that the matter would be solved within 24 hours. 24 hours have already passed and nothing happend. The matter is still no resolved and it's money that I use for my education please just do the right thing cause I am now heavily frustrated and the actions of FNB will cost me my space to enroll at UniSA and I will be force to take further action
