FNB approves *****ulent OTP's!!!

Dear FNB Customer Service,

I am writing to address the recent decision to reject my ***** case.

I received a letter from FNB indicating that OTPs were supposedly sent and approved for the transactions in question. However, I must emphasize that I did not receive any OTP notifications during the time these *****ulent transactions occurred.

The events leading up to the discovery of the *****ulent activity are as follows: on the 19th of March, at approximately 1:30 am, I received a call from FNB, which unfortunately I missed as I was asleep. Upon waking up in the morning, I found an SMS notification from FNB informing me of suspicious transactions and the subsequent blocking of my card. It's worth noting that if these transactions were indeed approved via OTP, why would FNB deem them suspicious and proceed to block my card?

Upon accessing my FNB app, I observed multiple unauthorized transactions directed to two different accounts. Without hesitation, I promptly reported this *****ulent activity to your ***** department, as I unequivocally did not authorize any of these transactions. It is evident that my account was compromised and maliciously accessed by unauthorized individuals.

As a longstanding customer of FNB, I have entrusted your institution to safeguard my funds and ensure the security of my financial assets. Therefore, I am deeply troubled by the breach of security that has led to this unfortunate situation.

In light of these circumstances, I urgently request FNB to provide me with verifiable evidence of the purported OTP approvals for all 31 transactions that occurred without my consent. Additionally, I implore FNB to review this case thoroughly and reconsider the decision to reject my refund request.

This ordeal has caused me considerable distress, particularly as I have diligently endeavored to maintain minimal debt obligations. However, as a result of FNB's failure to safeguard my funds, I am now burdened with a significant amount of debt.

I trust that FNB will take prompt and decisive action to rectify this matter and restore the trust and confidence I have always placed in your institution. I eagerly await your timely response and resolution to this pressing issue.
