FNB appoints Debt collectors (WJ Legal)that treat customers badly

WJ Legal,their agents,that phone us to do collections for VW Vehicle finance(FNB),They at rude to clients,and send us threatening messages,and treat us customers like we are nothing,they also have speak rudely and threaten to repossess my car,which I'm paying for monthly,instead of suggesting monthly repayment arrangements.I specifically spoke to Marisa,who spoke to me like I'm nothing forgetting,I pay well over R12000to their client monthly,yet she treats ,FNB clients client badly.

Also threating to blacklist my name,which is strange to me because,the vehicle is owned by my company.WJ Legal debt collectors ,don't care about FNB Clients,they are not trained to know that clients bring money to fnb ,and they should respect us,because we pay their bills,so if I default,it doesn't mean ,debt collectors should not ill treat me,instead they should be asking how can we help you.
