FNB - Appauling service

Due to poor service from a previous service provider, I put the wheels in motion to move to FNB. Got numerous calls, quotations & documents to complete. All documents were completed, signed & emailed off to the provided email addresses. From Savings account, Personal loan, Credit card & debit orders & salary switching to FNB. This all was first sent out 15 December 2014. Some calls to different departments to track progress, I was assured it is being processed. Went into Centurion branch on 24 December in an attempt to complete. 15 January, nothing was resolved. Numerous complaints on Twitter & a visit to a Branch in Springs only resolved Credit card issue resolved. After having to make sure that my salary switching was completed with my head office in the UK (FNB tried twice & gave up getting hold of them). 13 February, there are still issues outstanding. And most of my debit orders switched (Not all of them) I am running a risk of debit orders bouncing AGAIN of which I carry the costs.<br> I URGE ANYONE WANTING TO MOVE TO FNB TO RECONSIDER. I am now going to go through the process of switching back to my old bank and deal with their poor service that is better than FNB
