FNB Appalling Service

Once assigned a personal banker, do NOT expect good service! Thule Nyama (mine) is more unavailable than ready to assist even though I’m a Fusion account holder. Expect rather to have to run after exhaustively after someone who is meant to render a service. Poor show, FNB.
