FNB Appalling Service

No feedback on my Credit Card Application. Was told it was approved and would be delivered. Got an email from Keegan Dollie after a logged a complaint to apologise and say I would get feedback but I have nothing. My follow up emails fall on deaf ears. Appalling service.
