Fnb app verification is unrealistic and stupid

So if I lose my phone my fnb app is useless. I cannot verify my new phone without the old phone. Even if I need to make urgent payments, I have to wait 7 days. I can lose business within 7 days. What is the use of online banking if nothing about it is immediate? Find a better way of verifying. This is frustrating. Phones break and get faulty more often than not. And if I have app and online, it means I am unable to get to the branch and I do not like waiting. App/online is supposed to make things easy. But fnb app just piles on stress!
