FNB App vehicle license renewal - pathetic and no service.

I ordered my vehicle license renewal via the FNB app on 06 August - paid immediately and emailed required docs. I am STILL waiting for the license disc and the app still says my documents are outstanding.

FNB is not replying to my requests for an update and the only response I had was from Sesi Vilakazi who asked for the back of my ID, which I provided immediately. It seems as if everything has gone into a blackhole and I paid an incredible R199 extra for NO SERVICE. I could have done this myself at the traffic department for R0.00 extra. The incompetence and lack of service is beyond amusing at this moment !!!
