FNB APP Security Breach Unilateral Creditor Debi Check Activation without Your Approval

FNB has a breach in their banking system that allows Creditors to unilaterally create and approve Debi Check Mandates on your FNB App without you receiving the mandate approval first to activate it.

This happened to my husband who has an FNB account.

That is very convenient for Creditors.

That is therefore a breach in their security system as my banks Standard Bank and Absa has a pending debi check mandate icon on our App that allows you to first approve the mandate before it can be officially active.

Further FNB claims they cannot reverse an already approved Active Debi Check debit order

The client must recover from the Creditor.

How Convenient again for the Creditors.

My bank, Standard Bank reversed a debit order in the Bank when an already approved debit check mandated Creditor debited my account yet I canceled my policy with them for R2281.

Why is FNB saying they cannot do this as well. This is definitely a breach in their system.

Fnb is also saying that Creditors are allowed to block the Bank from reversing the debit order.

How Convenient for again for Creditors.

I told my husband to close his FNB account as we busy investigating this Creditor on our own to try and recover his money that was debited without his permission. Since FNB will again allow them to unilaterally create an active debi check and we will be ****med again.

He must close his FNB and transfer his Salary to Standard Bank or Absa as it is much safer.

Unless FNB can convince us that they can reverse the debit order from Mdalisu Financial Services R3750, who without his permission created this debit order and debited his account.

Please note that Mdalisu Financial Services was the company that debited my husband account. The debit order was not authenticated by him.

Note that the Senior Management at Mdalisu Financial Services are all ex FNB employees. Go to their website and go to LinkedIn you will see their previous employer was FNB. I sent you an email in this regard
