FNB App purchase arrears charge

I bought electricity for R150 (R100 and R50) with my FNB App for my prepaid meter today only to see a charge of R80 and R40 being subtracted from each purchase.

I am trying to contact FNB with no luck. I am failing to get an explanation for this as its a prepaid meter I'm using.
