Fnb app not user friendly

Fnb app is not user friendly, struggled through out the night as I changed phones 1st the cam wouldn't verify, after a while it does then says I can't proceed. Wouldn't switch my things over I'm so disappointed.such an inconvenience! The other bank I'm currently using you just show your face put your details then you in! Not this aowa!!
