FNB App no Team of bankers available
FNB advertise that their banking App gives customers access to a team of bankers. This is not my experience. Today when I logged in after 10 minutes it informed me that all thebankers are currently occupied and I am 165th in the queue. Clearly FNB have most customers than they can cope with.
