Fnb app needs work but has potential

Iv *****ed before and received a **** poor answer. Seems like ill need to ***** again. I think its time to move to a competant bank, there is no point of having to turn on my gps when making an EFT. Why must i go through the process to be stopped, to go out the ****ing app to turn on my gps to have to go back in just to make a payment. Get it sorted please. Its supposed to be convenient not a mission to use your app.
