Fnb app ****** me
I purchased R1000 electricity using the fnb app, it debited my account, gave me a token code, I entered the code on my meter.... Ntn changed entered it 2 or 3 times, then I noticed it the sms the value of the token is R0. 00. Fnb is now saying they cannot assist me, and I must dispute this purchase I did from the fnb app, with the municipality. Clearly it shows my account has been debited using the fnb app, clearly they can see the token value is R0.00. Fnb ****** me.
