FNB APP IS USELESS

FNB app is terrible. If you want to redeem a voucher it gives an error. When you try to talk to someone on the chat. They say someone will phone me to sort it out. Been going on from July and still no one has phoned me to sort it out.

I bough a new Ebucks card yesterday. I tried to activate it now on the app. Again the app is given a error?????

This is so furstrating
