Fnb app is horse ****!!

This God dam app, can't verify my phone can't connect my PayPal to this account and the password always seems to be wrong yet its the same password I always use, been to fnb twice in 2 days and the woman didn't say anything about verifying my phone, try and get someone to "call me back" on their site, And guess what? The site won't even allow me to lodge the call back, what an absolute load of *** from a supposed 21st century Bank, everything would be easier on paper!!
