FNB App Error

FNB App had an error and the payment was sent twice, I phoned the bank and they told me I will need to pay R350 to reverse the payment or I must request a refund from the recipient and we all know if you request a refund you will have to wait 7 to 14 days to be refunded. The thing is, why do I have to pay for an error on your award winning app?
