FNB App Ebucks Icon

FNB Ebucks displays an account that doesnt belong to me, forces me to choose between 2 accounts while I have one account. Requested for removal of the account from my profile, I logged this call on the 28th of April 2022.

Not FNB Consultant giving me feedback to wait for another 12 months before it can be removed from my profile, now I must be inconvinienced for the next 12 months, almost 2 years now with an account I never authorised to be part of my profile.
