FNB APP CHATS

I refer to the App experience which is supposed to be so wonderful if you need to Chat. If you have time to go from pillar to post and type your story/complaint over & over, you may never achieve your goal. This I know from past experience. All I needed to know was who authorised my daily limit to be increased to R 15,000 without my permission. ****sters are known to bribe internal people and this increase was most irregular. I do get **** calls even though my income is nowhere near R15,000 and I do not have an overdraft facility. Well, I hope that's not another surprise awaiting. Frustrated, I cannot afford to phone the Call Centre !
