FNB APP CHAT SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND UNFRIENDLY,

Upon querying fees and statements and fees, I was rudely assisted by Thulile who kept cutting me off on the fnb app chat. She was calling me a **** about having two statements which are two days apart, when i sent proof she cut me off on the chat again. I'm being charged unecessary fees and would like to know why! I'm paying R220 a month to be called a **** and apparently I must not understand how the account works so i can be exploited for fees.
