FNB App changing accounts by itself, causing wrong transactions.

I wanted to buy prepaid electricity. I used the FNB application. I choose electricity, choose eBucks, amount of money, meter number and cell number. Next Here are two things to be done, I started at the top, which is login (using fingerprint) Then the app just went on without given me the oppurtunity to click accept. So the app threw me back to the start, in a hurry I just pressed next and the FNB app changed to account from eBucks to Cheque account by itself.

So instead of using eBucks, the app made the change by itself to my cheque account. As a result R500 was taken, which a so called unrecoverable transaction. Yet the Consumer Protection Act says we should be able to get a refund on small based purchases under R500 000 within a 7 to 14 day cool off period.

I am moving out in a few days are now there are way to much electricity on the meter.
