Fnb App blocked for no reason

Blocked Fnb App. My app is blocked for no reason and fnb cannot explain why or how this happened. On top of this I must now wait for 48 hours before iys unblocked like what the ****????!!!!!!! Fnb is a great bank but you can sire **** up a client's ba king life, seriously l. I hate the fact that you 'agents' can't even give a reasonable explanation to the **** we go through with this bank. This is the second time in 4 months I'm struggling with some tech issue that no one at FNB knows how to solve! Pathetic nxa
