Fnb app

Good day . I need to activate my fnb app to be active in mozambique. I when on line did all the nessesary steps till up to the point to be transfered to a consultant then holding on for 15 min with no reply after numerious attemps i decided to visit a fnb branch .only to be directed to the internal phone going through the same proses of waiting with no respons. I was then told by the staff that is the only way to solve my request is through the fnb app.i see no reason the for people in the branch if they cant assist you. Regards
