FNB apologises, but DOES NOTHING to resolve issues.
I get profuse apologies from FNB after HelloPeter complaints, but after more than a month, still NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN and no reply to my enquiries. I am hearing disabled and FNB simply refuses to serve me in any other way than by telephone. The nearest branch is 400 km round trip. A formal complaint will now be laid with the Human Rights Commission to fight for all hearing impaired FNB clients.
