FNB Apartheid customer service badly affecting my credit score

I have been making monthly payments to both the Covid loan (account number: *** and home loan (account number: ***) however my credit report from TransUnion indicates otherwise that I am defaulting every month because FNB is failing to update from their side, I have written to them numerous times without success. I strongly feel that FNB is treating me this way because I am black. I cannot buy a car or other or assets because of FNB's poor customer service. My Id number is ***
