Generally I am quite happy with your service, but I have an issue that no-one seems to be able to help me and your support staff just brush me off... FNB offers free Trend Micro Antivirus as part of your service, which is great. This is accessible on your website Menu->Settings->Trend Micro License Key However, this license is valid for a year, and you need to provide a new key thereafter. My antivirus has expired months ago and this key is not being updated on your website and nobody knows who is responsible for doing this or how to. Any assistance in this regard would be appreciated... Your normal support channels are unable to help me.
