FNB 'anti *****' blocks card...again

Second month running, my corporate card is blocked.

Currently on hold with a computer on this number: ***

Useless helpline. Says press 5 and an agent will call. Nothing happens. Says enter my phone number related to the query, I enter it. The computer says they don't know that number.

And still, after 10 min, holding on. Is this an 'anti-*****' helpline? With no agents?

Meanwhile, I'm stuck unable to use my card.
