FNB another money house

Oh my word! I am so disappointed! Just when I thought FNB has got this and yet they strike again. Who do we need to bank with to secure our money? Someone please advise.

I got **********ly debited twice this month. How does this happen. What makes me so angry is that the second transaction is irreversible and does not even reflect on my transaction notifications. How do these banks allow for such? When are we going to get the financial freedom that we so need?

Someone please tell me who I need to switch to since clearly I switched to the wrong money house.
