I need to make a transfer yet my account with the funds available is frozen. who the hell do gives you the right to freeze my account. i hope you know that due to your **** poor service by blocking my Discovery account, i have not been able to make the minimum payment into my fnb credit card. just in case you thought of *****ing me i'm onto you. you better reverse all those late penalties and interest you no doubt have charged to my account. no chance in hell that i'll pay for your incompetence.
