FNB and Westbank additional charges on Car paid up.

I have paid up my vehicle on the 15th December with more than the amount due, I have called and emailed fnb multiple times and still no response with regards to my vehicle documents, amounts due as I have overpaid on the account, and today I was charged a full month's interest on the outstanding amount. I have been charged VAS, Group life cover and additional insurances that I do not agree to as the car is paid in full. I recieved an email stating documents on the way however no call recieved from delivery people. FNB states they don't know when or where the documents are.

Does anyone know if I should be contacting a lawyer at this point and or move banks. FNB and Westbank both don't assist.

Very bad service. No assistance and no accountability on anything you ask.
