FNB and VISA 3D Secure Hopelessly ***********

FNB 3D secure at random blocks my business card, making it impossible to make online payments; calling the 3D secure helpline ***, means you are on the phone with a voice recorder for 2 hrs and no repose, there is no easy way to fix, FNB just shrugs their shoulders and says it is 3D Secure...how can one fix this, there is SIMPLY no answer at the 3D Sequre helpline
