FNB and TYMEBANK money disappeared in the air no one wants to account.

My story has been going on since March when money was deposited from FNB account with EFT to TYMEBANK. I approached TYMEBANK Bank and to cut story short they told me they never received it and there is nothing more they can do I should follow up with the depositor who is FNB. Whenever I go to FNB banks I get dismissed because nobody understands why money can be lost in the air without trace. I am not even given a chance to explain or put me through to senior manager my case is just not possible while am still explaining at the door. So I don't know what to do without trace money disappeared in the air. Kindly please help or assist me FNB what happened to my money. I need an explanation please.
