In 2004 an fnb credit card account with a limit of R3000 was opened and reached, my card was than cut up and never used again. fnb has been debiting my account ever since. In May 2014 a lump sum of R2400 was debited from my account without my permission and was told I have a balance of R500 after that my account was debited with R700, R500 and R468. I have been with this bank for over 16years I am totally frustrated with the nature of this thieving bank and am in the process of moving to a competent banking institute.
