Fnb and there courier company horrible service

I ordered a cheque card last week after going into the bank. The CCd company called me last week said they will deliver on Thursday, waited whole day for them, no call to say not coming, they call me on Friday all of sudden said they want to deliver, said they will try come later, never came, I called them yesterday waited for ever to get through to them, still no call, disgusting service.

Fnb also overcharged me for bank statements last year, said first 3 is free last 3 months, when I checked I got charged R150 or so, very ********* and this is horrible service from fnb and there courier come
