FNB and their pathetic service affects my life!

I took two temp loans last year which was on the 2018-12-31 and 2019-08-05. Look at the difference in the years! The last time i complained a lady named sunitha called me and didn't rectify this mistake sad because i been with fnb for so many years not to mention the *******s of always deducting money from my account expecting me to not notice! Please rectify this as soon as possible as it is not affecting my credit score and life. It seems that i need to move to absa.
