fnb and their misleading consultants

visited fnb requesting a few changes regarding the money I have in my account and I was offered a credit and rejected it, but everyday fnb consultants kept on calling me daily telling me that the application has been aproved and I should come fetch my card. last week I visited the branch once again to invest my money and to get a new card because my old card was worn out and wherever I used my card I had problems, the card machines couldn"t read the card, I had a probelms with my chip. the consultant that was assisting me told me that im wont get charged for a new card because it wasnt my fault the card was worn out and once again the consultant offered me a credit card that I rejected and asked them nicely not to call me, not to sms me I dont want the credit card. suprisingly the following week im getting calls again and smses that I should come fetch my credit, its like im being ****med or forced into something that I do not want. after I told them that I rejected the card the following week I received an sms stating that I will be charged R90 because of requesting a new card, but at first I was told that the card was free, I didnt loose the card, the card was worn out. I feel like Im being ****med , I feel punnished because of rejecting the credit card. fnb needs to stop this forcing people into debts mentally and I want ny R90 back or else i"m moving to a new bank (fnb president hyper, krugersdorp
