FNB and their constant Technical issues. Unacceptable
Once again FNB has a outage or technical issue on a Friday when it's time to pay wages to my staff. Do you think FNB is of any help NO. Do you think they will resolve the issue so my 30 odd start can get paid NO. Payments are released status is saying authorized but the funds are not being released. Phone FNB and all they say is they having a technical issue. Nothing about resolving the issue nothing about getting the payments through so my staff can get paid. NOTHING. I am so tired of praying every Friday that we can release wages to our staff. I really think FNB needs to get better IT staff or something as its getting worse

Will you be calling all my staff and letting them know when their money will be in their account. I doubt it. Will you be doing ANYTHING at all the ensure this doesn't happen again. Again I doubt it as this is not the first time this has happened. Not sure who maintains your systems but I think you need to get new people.
