FNB AND THEIR BAD SERVICE

I have tried throughout the lockdown to make arrangements for my bond as i was temporarily laid off then retrenched. I received no feedback from fnb no contact after having being told a consultant will contact me... Now i have been told my bond has been handed over for litigation, they have sent a male to my property to take pictures. This is so frustrating and stressful. They dont contact you to find out your problem but behind the scenes they doing their thing. I dont think fnb cares and they pretend as though this country never faced this pandemic they acting as though i just stopped paying my bond.... Wonder when someone wants to contact me. Their slogan should be changed they are of no help...
