FNB and their bad service

This is a follow up review for FNB as they continue to disappoint me time and time again

So I cane to Hello Peter and I reviewed them as per normal they contact me then they investigated if my complaint was legit then few days later I received and email form the with a statement showing the total money that was supposed to be refunded back to me

The person from card ***** was absolutely useless as I tried contacting them back after the email that said nothing of the instructions on how to access the money that theyve refunded as my account with them is closed. So basically I was ignored by the person

I took it apon myself to travel to the branch to find out what's going on. I find out that the ***** department did not credit me my money or it's not due for me. So the branch consultant was so helpful she made contact with the ***** department and they apparently escalated the issue and I'm waiting for for them to contact me
