FNB and the courrier company that delivers credit cards: very disappointing and not good for the economy

Ordered credit cards for a very urgent project with staff in four provinces. Then FNB uses some weird courier company - and says has no control over the courier process. Very disappointing, as business has account with FNB, not with CCD couriers whatever their name is. FNB, you have inconvenienced a client of over 15 years. How on earth can credit cards take more than 4 weeks to be delivered?
