FNB and the business rescue practitioner
FNB does not understand chapter 6 of the companies act and the roles and authority that the act gives a business rescue practitioner. When a business rescue practitioner is appointed to take control of a company he/she has 100% control of the company and effectively replaces the board of director. He does not need anyone else to sign the bank documents. It is impossible to get to speak to a senior manager you just get pushed from one uneducated call centre agent to the next one.
