FNB and the app is absolutely n waist of time and money!!!!!!!

Today I was shown away at FNB Mossel Bay,for the second time after the firt time that I went to go pick up my card,because I opened a bank account online that might I add was approved and active,well the manager and people at FNB does not know anything about that in Mossel Bay,they can see it is active but they needed to have my FICA documents,so I went to go get everything,but it was still not right,why????? Well because I had a passport, witch I must add was not a problem on the app or earlier today with the manager that said I just needed to go to my nearest police station for a affidavit to say I lost my ID,so now I ask why on earth can you open a bank account on the app with it being active and open with a account number and all and being asked where my card must be sent to,but when you fisit your nearest branch they have no idea about it, not even the manager, that sounds totally ludicrous right, the people at FNB, the manager does not even know what is going on at the place they work or on the FNB app, totally unprofessional and just plain idiotic.This was a total waist of time and fuel,o yes and may I add I also deposited money to the account that I just want to make clear again was approved and said it was active,so please can someone tell me what is going on?????????I am now going to have to fond out if that money can be sent back,because otherwise I must wait for who knows hoe long for my ID card to be finished and then open a account just to close it again might I add, because who wants to bank at a bank like that where not even your FNB branch manager knows what is going on,and is not really friendly at all, and everything is just confusing and everyone also,no way will I trust my money to a bank like that.FNB waisted my time and money,and another thing,after this incident I actually went to another bank just around the corner, and what do you know they do accept all the pappers and FICA documents I had,not even to mention they where so much cheaper with the same type of account,so I opened a account there and got life insurance and a 5 and 10 year savings plan, clearly FNB did not want it, because by law the papers I had could be used, as I opened a bank account at another bank with amazingly friendly service,and lots of help and a cheaper account, I would not advertise anyone to bank at FNB or even look in to it,it is a waist of time and and in my case also money,THANK YOU VERY MUCH.PLEASE BE AWARE of their app, it does not work for opening a bank account, and will just anger and waist your money and time.
