FNB and Telkom ewallet

A friend sent me an ewallet, no sms received from fnb. This is rather frustrating because I need the cash urgently. I called Telkom, they said it's FNB, I am tired of this back and forth and I am tired of writing bad reviews on both Telkom and FNB. Just be excellent for once.
