Fnb and Takealot's JV's are a joke

Purchased a TV through FNB in conjunction with Takealot on a soecual. Order went through, I confirmed purchase on FNB banking. Yesterday it was supposed to be delivered and nothing. I looked today to see why it had not been delivered. Saw it has been cancelled. Can't get hold if anyone at Takealot. They don't take calls if you have a complaint. You have to log a call and you get no responce. Can't be out of stock as it is still being Sold and advertised as in stock. Yet my order went through at the soecual price.

Fnb could hopefully assist as it was in conjunction? Or is this just a marketing tool?
