FNB and Takealot Courier service problematic

What a useless bunch at Take-a-Lot Courier services, instructed by FNB to deliver my new banking card, after the previous one expired in March 2020. You try to phone them, have to hold on for hours and then get promised by some poor worker that they will get back to you...........The helped me to make my choice.......bye-bye FNB........HELLO CAPITECBANK!
