FNB and Takealot Bunch of ****** and ********

Fnb and its courier company take alot are a bunch of ******, take alot was supposed to deliever my business cheque card , when they called i was told since they are unable to locate my address they will take the card to the branch of my choice and i will not be charged for that, but to my surprise i see a charge of R200 when i call FNB they respond by saying it has nothing to do with them i was misled by take alot and it's none of their business. When i ask them to close the account they refuse. Please close your ****** damn account, i'll take my business to another bank.
