FNB and Standard Bank

Sure this review is for both FNB and Standard Bank.. I received an SMS that an Auto Payment SB of R302 went off.. Contact FNB they said I should do a reversal.. That amount was not shown to make an reversal. And was told by an FNB agent that I need to PAY R326. Then I phoned Standard bank.. no luck. Phoned FNB ***** line...Once again was told it's a debit order I should phone Standard bank to ask why? Yet FNB had NO authorization to credit my account. It's weekend NO one can assist yet I am the one who has to sort this issue out??????? How did Standard Bank get my FNB account details???
