FNB and Smart Scratch and Dent

FNB Scratch and Dent and SMART - please refrain from ever buying this policy. What a waste of hard earned money. Bull****ters and unprofessional conduct. Refusal to pay for legitimate damage with irrational excuses. Very unhelpful personell working for Smart. The only thing they are "smart" in is out smarting the consumer out of their money. I am referring them to the ombudsman
