FNB and Small Business what a shame

We have been running our business account with FNB since inception.

We do major transactions for a small business, and yet we In 15 years have we never had a phone call, visit, interaction with FNB or any support. No facilities, no support or FNB bothering to understand our business. Its absolutely a shame.

And it's only half our business as Srandard bank handles the rest. Yet, have we had a personal banker on standby 24/7 and business managers visiting us quarterly.
